Pecan Lane Farm makes no guarantee as to the mature size or ability to breed of this purchased animal.

1. Every effort is made by Pecan Lane Farm (seller) to insure that the dog is delivered in a healthy and sound condition. Validation of this guarantee requires examination of our puppy by a licensed veterinarian at the buyer’s expense within forty-eight (48) hours of the puppy leaving the seller’s home, otherwise this guarantee is void. The veterinary examination is mandatory to confirm that the puppy was not sick or injured at the time of purchase/delivery. The seller guarantees the puppy until one (1) year of age against life threatening congenital or hereditary defects. If the puppy has a life threatening congenital or hereditary defects it will be replaced with the first available puppy of the same value from the seller, as soon as possible. The original puppy must be returned (at the buyer’s expense) before a new puppy can be delivered. No one may keep the original puppy, it must be returned. The buyer is responsible for any and all shipping fees for the replacement puppy. In the event of death, an autopsy must be performed, (at the Purchaser’s expense) by a licensed veterinarian of the seller’s choice to determine the exact cause of death. The seller is not responsible for hypoglycemia. The sellers have informed the buyer of signs of hypoglycemia and instructed buyer to call a licensed veterinarian for immediate care. This guarantee is not valid if the puppy/dog is sold to a third party. The seller is not responsible for any veterinarian bills the purchaser may incur regarding said puppy. The purchaser is responsible for any shipping fees and or crates needed to deliver puppy safely.

2. Seller’s sole liability on the above points shall points shall be limited, at seller’s option, to replacement with puppy of equal value. In no event will seller be liable for any expense incurred by the buyer. (WE DO NOT DO REFUND CASH.)

3. Once puppy leaves the seller’s home, the seller has no control over the care or environment; therefore, no other warranties, whether express or implied, will be considered.

4. The buyer agrees to NEVER sell this puppy to a pet shop, breeder, or puppy mill.

5. In the event the buyer is unable to keep said puppy for any reason, then Pecan Lane Farm is to be given the first opportunity to the puppy.

6. The seller agrees to provide AKC/CKC/APRI paper work to the buyer so that the buyer may register said puppy. If papers have been applied for they will be mailed to buyer as soon as they have arrived.

7. Puppy will have Limited Registration, which means this dog, will not be allowed to breed, unless other arrangements have been made with the seller.

I have read and understand these warranties and conditions, all of which I accept by signing this contract.
